1. What is DeepFeel?
DeepFeel is a wellness lifestyle ecosystem designed to make everyday self-care more guided, engaging and rewarding. It connects wellness products, personalised routines, Dippie collectibles, DeepCoins and rewards through one connected digital experience.
2. What is AcuSmart and how does it work?
AcuSmart is DeepFeel’s connected precision relief system, combining a cooling herbal relief liniment, the Dippie MagRoller and an app-guided self-care experience. Simply activate your product through the DeepFeel app, choose the relevant area and follow the guided rolling routine step by step.
3. What are the 67 Relief Modes?
The 67 Relief Modes are guided external-use self-care routines created for different body areas, lifestyles, application techniques and experiences. Each mode guides you on where to apply, how to roll, the appropriate pressure and how long to follow the routine. They are self-care guides and are not medical treatments or diagnostic tools.
4. How do I activate my AcuSmart?
Sign in to your DeepFeel account and scan the QR code on your AcuSmart product using the DeepFeel app. Once the QR is successfully verified, your AcuSmart experience will be activated, giving you access to the 67 Relief Modes, guided routines, safety guidance and other AcuSmart features.
5. Why do I need to scan the QR code?
The QR code connects your physical AcuSmart product to your DeepFeel digital experience. A successful scan can verify your product, activate AcuSmart, unlock guided routines, reveal a Dippie and earn eligible DeepCoins or rewards.
6. How do I use the Dippie MagRoller?
Hold the Dippie MagRoller comfortably and roll it gently over the selected external area. Follow the guidance provided in the DeepFeel app for the correct rolling direction and use gentle to medium pressure. Avoid pressing too hard or rolling over sensitive, injured or irritated areas.
7. Is AcuSmart safe to use?
AcuSmart is designed for external use and should always be used according to the product and app safety guidance. Avoid broken, irritated or wounded skin, as well as the eyes, mouth and sensitive areas. Do not apply excessive pressure, and remember that AcuSmart and the DeepFeel app are not replacements for professional medical care.
8. What should I do if I experience skin irritation?
Stop using the product if you experience irritation, rash, burning discomfort or any unusual reaction. If your symptoms are severe, persistent, unusual or getting worse, seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
9. What are Dippie and DeepCoins?
Dippie is DeepFeel’s collectible engagement experience. Scan eligible product QR codes to discover and collect different Dippies in your Dippie Passport. DeepCoins are part of DeepFeel’s rewards system and can be earned through eligible activities such as verified QR scans and used towards available rewards. Dippie and DeepCoins are separate parts of the DeepFeel rewards experience.
10. Where can I buy DeepFeel products?
DeepFeel product availability depends on your country or region. Where in-app purchasing is available, you can purchase products through the Shop section of the DeepFeel app. DeepFeel products may also be purchased through external sales channels, depending on availability in your market.
